I really find that Ephedra based diet pills work the best. Your mucles do not fatuige and you have plenty of energy for the whole work out. The best was Dymetadrine extream, but its no longer made (try ebay but this is hard to get) the best stuff that you can still get your hands on is extream thermoburn, but you have to order it from canda. It cost about $40 for a bottle that lasts a month

This is a big question. There's a lot of stuff out there that people swear works great, and wading through all that material is daunting. My suggestion is to do your own research and try to find out what you can about what is out there, and stay away from anything that is questionable or you're unsure about.
A few supplements I can recommend are:
A good protein powder - This is usually consistent of whey or soy and normally has lots of vitamins, minerals, bcaa's and essential aminos, etc.
Creatine - a great supplement that is naturally produced by the body and becomes depleted during intense exercise. Helps speed nutrients to cells and is good for recovery.
Glutamine - major muscle builder, one of the most prolific non-essential amino in the body. Aids in recovery, memory, and muscle building. Reduces toxic nitrogen levels.
Arginine - another non-essential used in building muscle, retaining nitrogen (if levels are too low), and aiding the thymus in producing t-cells, among other things.
ZMA - an excellent natural substance for enhancing testosterone levels. It consists primarily of Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B-6 in certain combinations and in high levels.
Make up your own mind about what works for you and what may be dangerous. Obviously, it goes without saying about steriods and other specific anabolics. Stay with supplements that have many studies indicating their benificial use and non-harmful effects. And be sure to dose correctly and cycle as needed.

Remember all those supplements are not tested, like perscription drugs, so you have no idea what they do to your body. If you are trying to put on muscle, weightlift and eat a ton of protein. Natural protein is the best source. Stay away from the supplements, they may work, but the long term side effects can be really bad. It wasn't too long ago (in the 70;s) steriods were legal and body builders used them. That was because it was an unregulated supplement. There could be another supplement out there that is just a bad for you and studies haven't been conducted on it yet.

Gaining muscle demands which you consume extra energy than you burn. For those with extreme metabolisms, that would look impossible, yet once you are trying a number of those hints, you will discover that including energy on your day is far less confusing than you think of: •decide for calorie-wealthy ingredients like granola, bagels, biscuits, avocados, olives, corn, meat, nuts, peanut butter, milk, yogurt and cheese. •upload extra effective energy on your nutrients by utilising milk rather of water for soups, sauces and warm cereals. •Sprinkle powdered milk into casseroles. •upload calorie-wealthy ingredients (like avocado, cheese and dressing) to sandwiches and salads •combination beans, meat or cheese into pasta or area dishes •Snack on yogurt, shakes, crackers and dip •save a nutrients diary for a week or in an attempt to get an concept of what you're eating and the place you are able to upload extra energy The trick is to characteristic energy without including too plenty saturated fat. you additionally can evaluate downing smoothies or meal alternative shakes in between nutrients. study extra here:

xyience is great so i have heard...but costs alot. i use megamilk from dymatize (unsure of name) but this is only to keep my calories up and give me all my vitamins and stuff not for muscle gain. go to gnc.com they have great items at fair prices. i would suggest talking with a personal trainer or doctor first to see what your body needs... most important you gotta work out! you have to keep a regular routine and push yourself!
