Unfortunatly there are no limits on reproduction. Although, in my opinion there should be. I think you should have to pass a test to be allowed to reproduce (I mean hell, you have to pass a test to get out of school, drive, work for the IRS, and numerous other things). If you are too stupid you should be sterilized.
