Enjoy your cat as is. Even with vegetable dye, the cat may instinctively try to lick itself clean constantly. There are many cruelty to animal laws and someone may interpret this as such. Just be careful.Food coloring is on a shelf at most local supermarkets.

Please dont paint your cat, that is cruel, they have fur for a reason and if you are going to do that .You shouldn't have a cat. I feel sorry for your cat.
