It should be as long as it was still cool inside the chicken. Go for it I think you'll be okay

If it is still cold, then from a temperature point of view, it went from frozen to refrigerated, even if it's been sitting on the counter. Big deal, I do that all the time. Do you freak out when you pull cold food out of the fridge just because it's not frozen? As long as it is still cold it is safe to eat. Just cook it thoroughly.

The chicken should still be good. A good way to test is to smell the chicken prior to cooking it, but if you have already cooked it, you can still smell for a test. Safest bet is to grab some more chicken, but you should be fine.

Assuming you cooked it through and the skin is charred if you cooked it other than by boiling it should be fine. Salmonella is killed at about 160 F (72 C).

If it was thawed in the refrigerator, it is fine. On the counter, I probably wouldn't eat it.

If it remained at refrigerator temperature, i.e. 33-35 degrees F, it's safe. If it got warmer than that, I'd toss it.
