notice how everyone who stated that they let their children enjoy their childhood get so many thumbs down.
is that what christianity teaches? not to let your child have an imagination or any kind of childhood? force them to behave like adults when they are children? why are so many so against letting children be children?
just an fyi, do you know how much more psychological harm you do by not letting your children be children?

LOL. answer number 1 (sorry i didnt read name). i work at a daycare (christian one at that). and they have actually done away with any santa pictures because the church board said that santa is satan rearranged and they dont want satan in their church. i am supposed to take anthing with santa from the kids and stuff.
they also tell me pokemon are evil and want me to outlaw that too.. right, i let them play pokemon and talk about santa. they are only kids once. heck i even play pokemon with them =P

I'm Christian and I'm totally going to do the Santa thing when I have children...and when they start to think that Santa isn't real, that's when I'll pull out the REAL story of St. Nicolas who was a real good guy (made a saint by the Catholic church no less) who really did give gifts to the poor kids in his town. There's nothing evil about what he did, and I think it's a dishonor to his memory to say such things.
