Eat a lot of lean protein like white meat-chicken and fish, coupled with good carbs like sweet potatoes or brown rice, and also eat veggies such as broccoli, green beans, or squash.

Keep the consumption of Dairy products down to a minimum. Take calcium. Don't eat red meat or eat too much fruit. If you've gotta have fruit, make it a banana or some melon. Not an apple or grapes, they are loaded w/carbs. Also try to refrain from using salt, it makes you retain water. Use salt substitute, it tastes the same.

Exercise regularly (3-4 times a week for 30-60 minutes). You can walk or swim or do the elyptical machine....low impact. Don't over do it.

The pounds will melt off of you. Give it about 2 months and you'll lose at least 15lbs, maybe more depending on how much you have to lose.

1 hour of cardio everyday and some lift for 30 minutes. Eat a lot meat (white is better less fat) Veggie and fruit and cut carbohydrates and drink a lot water. Eat at least 6 times at day for the metabolism. EXAMPLE:
Morning 8 o clock milk and corn flakes
10 o clock a fruit
lunch 12 o clock meat and rice and some veggie(portion have to be big as your hand)
4 o clock fruit or yogurt fat free
Dinner 6 0 clock meat or eggs and veggie.
Before bed 1 glass of milk fat free.
Its hard the first week but then your body will get used to. I lost 4o pounds like this. I had a pregnancy and i lost everything and i am still working out and sometimes i eat sweet for make myself happy. You can do it... just believe in yourself!!!!

I gained some weight after having the last of my three kids. I went on there and started their meal plan and lost 20 lbs. I also work out really hard and weight train everyday too though so I guess it is a combination.

the best diet is not a fad diet ---- you have to change your lifestyle and want to change deep down --- whether it is a diet to reduce weight or gain weight --- there are no quick ie fast weight loss/gain --- reduce your eating no snacks eat better (no fast foods --- lots of fresh fruits and vegtables and some gentle but consistent exercise) --- but first of all see your doctor they will help a LOT

NO FATS,NO BREAD,DRINK ONLY MINERAL WATER
Breackfast-salad(try to change the tipes of salates) or sandwich(with rye(brown) bread) and coffie
Lunch-whatever you want(depends on your day program)
Try to have meat but only chiken or fish
Dinner-again salat with mineral water
Before every meal drink a glass of water...

eating by the food pyramid (lots of fruits and vegetables, some protein and whole grains) drinking lots of water, getting some form of exercise every day
