I've liked this boy who rides my bus and he lives 2 houses down from me for 3 years now. It sounds like a long time, but right now he is just starting to pay attention to me probably because this school year i have 2 classes with him and because i am now not afraid to sit in the back of the bus with the populars. I laugh at everyone, but especially hiim. He is soooo funny. whenever he sees me laughing at hime he says "shut up ...(my name)...!" I know he is just joking, but I was wondering if he likes me. I think he knows that i like him, my brother most likely told him.

I would think from what you are saying that he most likely does like you. You are a beautiful young lady and he would be missing out on a world of greatness if he does not come your way.
One step at a time, let things just work themselves out rather than worrying too much.
I my self am 40 years old and dating has never been an easy thing. I have made some real crumy decisions to date some real crumy guys and thank the big guy in the sky, I finnally have a real great partner now for the last two years. I hope to marry him some day. Maybe in the next seven years. I am not rushing into this and have never been married before. So I hope that when and if it does happen, it will be for good.

It may be that he likes you. Boys usually make fun of girls they like. But on the other hand, don't confuse attention with romantic feelings. It may be that he is just saying this to you to just...say it to you. Give it a little time...see if he's able to say more than just shut up....to you. If your brother told him and he continues to talk to you then he must be okay with it. Flirt with him a little. He'll come around.
