I recommend the bath. Fill it up with a bunch of water. Then get in.
Find a relaxing position and then breath in the steam. Keep doing this for a little while (5 minutes) and your nose will be clear!

get some Vick's vapor rub and a little pan put some water heat over flame to boil then drop a quarter size amount in to water boil for like 60 sec then... turn FLAME off and inhale vapors through nose... this is key for a stuffy nose.... GOOD LUCK

A hot shower the steam will help brake up the mucus. I believe that Vick's has a product out that you can place at the bottom of your shower that help produce medicated steam. I have never tried it but a friend of mine has and she seems to swear by them.

A long hot shower will work better because bath water cools down the longer you are in it.

Take a bath to relax....and shut the door....there is also some baby "vapor" it's made by Grins and Giggles...it works GREAT!!! Also there are some new vapor release tabs for the shower....

Get some bengay or pain cream and rub it on your nose it may burn your eye s a little but it grate and take a hot bath
