God has said I am that I am. I am the alpha and the Omega. This to me states the absolute steadfastness of God. If God indeed showed his compassion and forgiveness in the Lord Jesus Christ than this assertation would make sence. I am interested in hearing your opinions

Not so much. The divine purpose of man is to glorify God.
"Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." - Revelation 4:11
The divine purpose of Jesus Christ was to redeem humanity from sin and death. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." - John 3:16
There is no redemption for fallen angels. "And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. " - Rev 20:10

Lucifer (Hebrew Halal) (meaning bright star) tried usurping Gods identity. Iniquity was found in him. He is a fallen star now. A terror and not a bright star.

Jesus said, "I AM the Alpha and the Omega.". Also in Revelation Jesus said, "I AM the Bright & Morning Star.". So exLucifer isn't usurping Gods identity anymore.

Also, the red dragon who swiped 1/3 of Gods Angels from heaven end is in the Lake of Fire. Who goes into the lake of fire? First is the Beast and False Prophet. Harlot Babylon is totally fried. Then Satan is thrown into the Lake of Fire. I would guess that includes all the fallen Angels with him. Death & Hell are thrown into the lake of fire. Then all whose names aren't found written in the books of life.

God has already said what is going to happen with Lucifer in the bible.

Our sins keep us out of heaven. Jesus shed His own blood on the cross for the remission of our sins, not the fallen angels. So we can inherit ever lasting life with the Lord. The fallen angels have been kicked out of heaven.

God's divine purpose for humanity is our redemption trough JESUS CHRIST. Lucifer had his chance but blew it by wanting to be more than GOD.

No this could not be the divine purpose for humanity. Lucifer doesn't need redemption .. you'll find that out soon enough.

God has taught us that he does not let the guilty go unpunished.

And only through unguilty Jesus (who never turned from God,) are we guilty, forgiven.

So Satan, who is doing everything he can to decieve people concerning even jesus's existence, will surely not go unpunished.

Satan wants as many people as possible to be guilty like him. He is the father of lies. The truth is not in him. He refuses to even be forgiven.

Lucifer does not equal Satan, ok. Lucifer was Diana's brother. Completely different mythic pantheon. Now if want to try your question again, great but let's get the names right, shall we?
