cut down your daily intake of food cut out breakfast and whatever snacks you eat inbetween meals... have a muller light joghury and an apple for dinner and maybe some pasta or something filling for tea... your bound to notice weight lodd by the end of the week ... i hope i have helped.

There is no short cut. Losing weight takes a long term approach. Diets don't last, healthy eating does. Fast food is out! Add lots and lots of fresh vegetables, raw or steamed. Broil meat with seasonings. NO fried food! Use spices instead, Bell peppers (esp. red!), onions, garlic, lemons (limes), herbs (rosemary, thyme, etc.). If your palate is satisfied and your tummy is full, you will have fewer 'cravings'. Never allow yourself to become hungry. Have a piece of fruit between meals. EAT three meals a day! Always eat breakfast. (One/two poached eggs with one slice of toast, use 'butter buds' instead of butter - margarine) Have a salad before lunch and dinner. Add a cup of bullion whenever you get munchie. All best wishes

Be physically active, eat more fruits and veggies and less refined sugar products. Drink water instead of sodas and juices.You dont want to lose too fast or you may get sick. :o(
