I'd tell her she's fantastic, I'm thrilled she came to work for us, and I never want her to leave!
If you had asked this when my last boss was here, I'd tell him he's Caspar Milquetoast and he needs to grow a set, learn how to focus, stop quoting the bible at us, and get some work done! Oh, and there are a lot of women in the world - you're going to have to start accepting us.

It would do no good. My last boss was so full of herself that she never listened to anyone including her own boss. I think pouring water on a rock would be more fruitful.
