According to this you're overweight, however I don't know if this site is accurate. My bf is about 5'9 and he looks good at about 180-185. If you are really thinking you're fat, start hitting the gym!

Your body mass index (BMI) is 29 kg/M2 with a goal of less than 25 so by this definition you are overweight. BMI identifies those at risk of 'premature' (younger than 55 for a male and 65 for a female) cardiovascular events (think of heart attack and 'stroke'). If you are young - you have plenty of time to reduce your BMI to 25 which implies a goal weight of 165 pounds. My BMI went from 25 to 33 3 years ago and I am pleased to say that it is now 25 - so it can be done - good luck.

dang a little to many donuts!!!! i think you should be about 160 if you are average biuld. all you have to do is be positve whats bad is bad and whats good is good use your own judgemnet if youu are about to eat a chocolate fudge sundae at 930 to go staight to bed you know thats bad eat some strawberry and a banana instead with some water which is good .try to only drink water all day every day about half a gallon a day , also try to eat every two hours only natural food, good food like chicken, fish , steaks yum, dont fry that stuff though. blend up some veggies with fruit , run alot, i like riding a bike cause its less stress on the knees. i love tae bo and excercising at the park, just find something that you like and stick to it dont ever,ever,ever, go tro a fast food place, they are killing every one with that nasty food, try to stay away from sugar, i personally think sugar is worse than most drugs out there

type into google BMI and see your results... many of the sites on there give you some good ideas on how to lose your weight and how much you are over or under weight... i hope i have helped...

dont go by pounds go by how you look if you think you look good thats all that matters and if you want to lose some weight do sit ups
