If you want to load up on good ones, eat whole grains, beans, & fresh fruit. Potatoes & rice are high, so are noodles & bread

pasta, grains, potatos, carrots, corn, sweet potatoes,yams, beets, pears........and any thing that contains a lot of sugar ie. soda pop, candy, pastry, cakes etc.
