a few weeks ago i was soaking my acrylic nails in acetone to remove them. of course, my fingers were like a hard prune when i finally got them off, but now the skin on my fingers is peeling like snake skin. some just peels off, some you can pull pretty decent sized pieces, some doesn't seem to want to budge period. tried oil and numerous lotions. any other suggestions? it's really irritating.

Wash your hands with Pears transparent soap its the best. It will smooth and repair the peeling after the hell you put your fingers through. Then moisturise with coconut oil.
