Well, let's see....There have only been two Presidents who have been impeached: Andrew Jackson and Bill Clinton. Clinton was impeached for lying under oath to a grand jury. So, I'd have to pick D. Andrew Jackson, even though I didn't really know why he was impeached or what the Tenure of Office Act is.

there were only 2 impeachments in USA..
A.Johnson and B.Clinton
since Clinton was impeached for "not telling the truth" , but not tenure of office act , so I guess my answer would be
