With the House; they have the power to impeach and the Senate then holds the hearing to determine whether or not to remove the president from office.

In Congress he must be impeached from both the Senate and the House. The house brings up the bill to bring charges against the president of impeachment etc, then the president gets put on trail in the Senate and that's ultimately where the final decision lies.
