it's okay
consider the low quality of the sweetener used, and the amount of sweetener, and the fact that milk is already more carb than protein by weight. also milk contains saturated fat, and potentially contaminants.

good protein though, and long-term protein. (some protein digests faster than other) Also, it's convenient.

My guess is that you should just drink the milk, and (sadly) probably not whole milk either.

If you need a sugar buzz eat quality fruit instead.

That depends on whether you're overweight or not.

If you're exercising to lose weight, then the chocolate milk just replaced the calories you burned.

If you're exercising for cardio benefit only, then milk is a good drink although chocolate milk has unnecessary sugar. Still better than a soda or Gatorade though.

I saw a recent report that suggested chocolate milk was as good as a sports drink with more health benefits.

yes. and regular milk for that matter...its the protein..and really..if your working out really hard you want something like EAS whey protein...you need LOTS of protein after you work out...LOTS!
