how do you know, other then by claims that it was the holy spirit that impregnated her and not gabriel?
if it was the angel that impregnated her then jesus would be considered a nephilim.
Genesis 6:4
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.
nephilim were heroes of old, men of renown (according to this verse).
i see many who think the exact thing of jesus, a "heroe" a man of "renown"
nephilim were considered abominations by god, and were a major contribution to the flood of noahs time. so if this is, wouldnt mary have concocted some lie to keep her son to be safe? so that many would not want to kill him because he is abomination to the lord?
doesnt that seem why she said the "holy spirit" impregnated her.

for answer number 2:
so what if god knew she was lying? what would that have changed? would he have come from above and told someone? lol. the stories of jesus were written by people who walked with him. they were not "inspired" by god, but inspired by jesus.

It is thought by some that the Nephilim are actually ancient extraterrestrials that were either wiped out or left the planet. In certain occultic circles, it is thought that they Nephilim, whatever they are, will return.
I believe that the Nephilim lived primarily in the land of Midian, but that was not their only locale. Was Jesus a Nephilim? Perhaps, but with our current level of technology, we will not know. We might in the future, but for now, the question of Jesus' nature is based merely on theory and faith. There's no concrete evidence either way.

I get what you mean.
The Angel Gabriel delivered a message from God saying she was FULL OF GRACE, then lied.
Then Mary lied about Who she said yes to.
So that's 2 lies. Next, the Angel Gabriel, breaks with his reputation and becomes the epitome of evil and corruption in the form of a nephilim, takes human form, and impregnates Mary for the salvation of the human race.
Right.
Be sure to tell your doctor.

well if your thoughts are true, then explain all the prophecies he fullfilled from the old testament. I don't mean the "magic" he did but stuff like his bones won't be broken. Babies will be murdered on the day of his conception, he will move to egypt etc.. etc... the old testament stated over 345 prophecies and more than 400 years later they were completed by him. even if you assume he was a nephilim. The propbability of just completing half the prophecies is so great even calculators can't reach that high.

The bible said holy spirit, not angel.
The holy spirit is God's power, this was used in creation, in helping the apostles in their ministry so they would be able to speak in different languages and also used when Jesus did his miracles.
It wouldnt be impossible for the holy spirit to create life in the womb of Mary (which was Jesus).
Jesus is Son of God not son of angel.

I will accept that she was impregnated by a Roman soldier, that happened very often-they enjoyed raping young women who had become betrothed. It was not unusual.

It a question of faith. you have to BELIEVE. There's a lot that can not be proved, you just have to let faith dictate.
