I really like to have a filling breakfast, but don't want to use all of my points so early. Are there any lower point foods that fill you up? I know low fat cottage cheese is only 2 points per serving...what else??

As a side note to Mr. Jerk, I do plan on exercising. I always exercise. Don't be rude when you don't know all of the facts.

Try the garden vegetable soup. It has 0 points and is quite filling. This soup can be eaten at all times of the day to keep that"full" feeling. I have passed this recipe on to many friends- even those not on Weight Watchers-who love it. good luck with the program.

Vegetables? Don't laugh!

At the Kimkins diet site one of our favorite low carb "breakfasts" are egg scrambles with chopped veggies (onions, peppers, tomatoes, garlic).

We also like to make romaine lettuce "wraps" for on-the-go lunches.

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out much too soon. Some are rocks, many are wrong. Some of the fresh vegetables are generally right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

stop the obsession with food and start exercising...you will never keep the weight off with a diet alone.
