My friend really wants me to come, but I just found out this other girl is going to be there...she is so evil...I mean evil has a new name and its her name...I just know I won't have a good time if she's there...she is just pure evil...so should I still go to my friend's birthday party?

Can't you avoid "evil girl" for the entire evening? If she comes toward you, go in another direction or be earnestly talking to someone. Why should you let her ruin your evening? She gets to go and have a good time and you get to stay home - she wins! If your friend would be hurt by your not attending her party, then maybe you should bite the bullet and go. Don't let someone like that get to you and ruin your fun.
