I am currently recovering from cancer and was in need of a boost and discovered on yahoo answers a program that this chis_pers_lenders@yahoo.com offers a 3% personal loan, and needs money up front, is this a scam I cant afford another heart ache in my life and would like to know if anyone recieved help from him and his company?

It may not be a scam........but......you shouldn't have to "pay a fee" upfront to apply for a loan......stick w/ traditional lenders.

Sounds like bottom feeder predatory lender to me.

I believe its a scam for 2 reasons.
1. If they ask for money upfront, it is usually a scam.
2. Most legitimate lenders would direct you to their company website, not a yahoo e-mail address. I case you didn't know, almost anyone can get a yahoo e-mail address using false information.

It's a scam. Click on that persons profile and see how many times he has posted the EXACT same post, word for word. They are wanting you to wire money to them and it usually ends up on a prepaid debit card and can't be traced. Then poof they are gone. Sometimes called escrow loans. Don't fall for it even though it's hard not to.

never pay up front to borrow cash, most of the time its a scam, they take the money and the loan never comes
