Try to speak to her about general, everyday things (what do you think about all this rain? or something like that) If she speaks back, then l i s t e n to what she says. Keep talking about general things, nothing personal for a while ( more on the same day or some on another day ). If she continues to speak to you freely, then you might make a personal comment ( your hair looks nice today or you look nice in that red shirt ). After a few times like this, she will possibly let you know she enjoys your company and you can proceed from there.

fist of all - find out if she has a BF so you don't make a fool out of yourself. If she doens't tell her you think her abs lok great and that since you work out in the same place- you could use her help with the excersizes. Tell her you need a jogging buddya nd that fi she could work out wiht you?? that should break the ice for the two of you.

Hey I am a girl and I recommend to you to wait if in any chance she will give you a sign that she likes you to... Sometimes people are very friendly and that doesn't means they do like you...Just wait a little because you might scare her away with out her knowing your good intentions....
