My mediataions in one way or another have help me in attaining serenity of mind and happiness, more knowledge of self, more recollection and evaluation of daily activities and events, peace of mind especially near a lake or river or just geazing through the sky, a sense of the divine, appreciation of nature, society, culture, arts, people etc.
