Today I've been dealing with alot of these small little bumps on the back and palm of my hand, foot, sholder/back, and leg. I don't know how this happened, but they've been really itchy since 7 this morning. I'm not sure if they're hives because they aren't red. I am not allergic to anything that I know of. What might these little itchy bumps be?

The bumps look small and white. What can I do to lessen them?

I had similar bumps once when I was in a cast. They took the cast off and all these little itchy bumps were underneath. It had been driving me nuts. My doctor said it was an allergic reaction, probably to the dye in the coloured cast. I took some benadryl, used calamine lotion and the bumps went away within a week. Have you worn something new without washing it? It's probably an allergic reaction to something new that you've come into contact with. You can either see your doctor and ask for an allergy test or just treat the symptoms and hope they go away and never come back.
