El árbol genealógico de mi familia, you have to specify it is genealògico otherwise it is just some tree that could be planted in the family house, genealógico is genealogy in english

It is correct to say árbol genealógico since you are talking about the genealogy of you family, family tree-árbol familiar refers to any kind of tree owned or planted by the family

Arbol Genealógico. It is your family tree but if you just say árbol de familia could be just a tree that your family has.
