I'm fouteen, almost fifteen and I just wanted to know what I could do to tone my entire body up. I'm not big or anything but I just want to be healthy and I want to look good. I'm 5'7" and I weigh 131pounds and I don't want to loose any of it. I just want it all to look more muscular, can anyone help me?

hit the gym every day or go to the Y that is what i did and i put on about 11lbs but it wasn't fat.
