That depends on what you mean. A 24 yr old woman I would say is mentally stronger than an 18 yr old man. Because women mature faster mentally and because she has more life experience. But that can vary too. If she was spoiled and neber did anything on her own and he has always fended for himself then that would turn the table.
If you ar talking physically then, most likely no. The male muscular structure is different than a womans, even if they appear scrawny compared to the woman they are most likely stronger.

It depends on the woman, and it depends on the man. No too people are the same, so such questions are pretty much impossible to answer without specifying certain people, and their characteristics. Also, if the issue is who would win in a fight, keep in mind that speed and (especially!) training count for a great deal as well--a well-trained woman could take down a larger, stronger, untrained man, and well-trained man could take down a larger, stronger, untrained woman.

hmmm...It really depends on how healthy they are, shape and all that crap. If the girl and boy came from the same family, had the same amount of interest in excercise than yes. If your an 18 yr old boy, you might be able to beat a 24 year old woman(hey, anything's possible) but I doubt it.

Unlikely- unless she's a very well trained woman and he's a 98 lb weakling. I'm only 5'7" and 140lbs, certainly no muscular giant- but I can still bench press more than 180lbs. Not too many chicks that can do that- even if they are buff.
You asked about 'stronger'. If you're talking about a 'fight'- that involves a lot more than brute upper body strength- and if she's got the training- she'll kick his *** easily.
But- generally, men are quite a bit stronger than woman.
