i just want to get more fit, and i want a daily workout that i can do without going to the gyn that ACTUALLY WORKS.

For a total body workout, few exercises beat the push up. It strengthens your arms and chest muscles, but it also tones your abs as it stabilizes your core muscles. For legs and lower body muscles, try jogging or doing squats. All of these workouts are relatively easy once you get going and they will give you a great start towards better physical fitness.

Legs and butt - stand in front of your kitchen counter and do squats. They will tone your butt and your thighs. Leg lifts. There are way too many to mention.

i dont know if there is 1 exercise technique to cover all the things you want to workout try skipping and squating and an exercise called the bicycle and bicep curl

Dancing is an excellent way of keeping/getting fit. you can do it alone at home or you could maybe even join a dance class.

6 count squat thrusts.

1) sqaut
2) kick out feet
3) drop to ground in push up position
4) go back up
5) bring feet in back to squat position
6) jump

Try rowing, it works everything and you get cardio at the same time.
