ok there is this guy at work, his special, like i think he has ADD, and also has like a learning disability, but even so his a nice guy. He asked me out, should i go out with him, would u date a special person

From what I could understand, I think you should, but then again, I'm not sure what "his special" means, and ADD is a learning disability... so did you mean he has another learning disability too?

You should listen to your heart and forget about his pysical disabilities. Concentrate on what is inside of him. I he sweet or not? Ask yourself things like that. Don't worry about what other people say about you. They will all merry a horrible guy just because of his apperance and he will turn out to be a horrible person. If he is a sweet person and you and only you think so .... go for it.

If I were you, I wouldn't date him...but go out as friends.

It sounds to me like you have some learning to do on the subjects (because you refer to him as "special", which is an out dated term) and also that you are not interested in him that way, so go out as friends and learn what you can.

Well it depends, can he talk alright and ADD arent all that bad, i have one in my class and shes really nice and we hang out alot and shes really good at things.I would personally say if you are ready for a fultime relationship with him then I say go 4 it but if you are going to dump him right after if the date doesnt go well then i dont think you should say yes.

There is nothing wrong with dating someone that something is wrong with. Look at it this way if something was wrong with you, you would still want someone to spend time with you and date you. Your heart does not stop having feelings just because something is wrong with you. It take a mature person to understand a stiuation like this and everybody is not mature. Something to think about something could be wrong with a person just because they are not attractive in some people eyes.

being a little superficial, aren't you? Most of the people I know are (according to you) "special". Using that term is rude. I think that he shouldn't date you. We all have flaws, some are labeled and some are not. Do you think that he contemplated if he should date you on your looks or maybe the zit on your face?

ADD is someone who is special. It means he has a problem keeping focus. There is nothing wrong with going out with someone with ADD. My son has ADD and he is a sweetheart. So I would give him a chance but dont lead him on or make fun of him

Well it depends sometimes these people get really attached and if you are just fooling around you wold probably break is heart. Maybe he is not deficient just a funny guy those people can be the most interesting and carefull and loving people in the wolr di beleive.

If i really thought he was special...i would go out with him. i have always been taught to look what is on the inside and not the outside...

i would say go out with him if and only your heart is telling you too. if you don't exactly know what your heart IS saying, ponder it..go to a sweet quiet place...where nobody can bother you and listen to the sweet small voice...the voice of a bird singing...
