Supposedly, "true" faith is what Christians believe. Blind faith is actually probably more like it. They are asked to accept with little or no evidence the Christian teachings and those that believe do so without space for changing societies or new discoveries. That sounds a whole lot more like "blind" faith to me.

True faith is "being SURE of what you hope for, CERTAIN of things not seen".

Blind faith is, well, blind.

I once was blind, but now I can see. True faith is a rational and reasoned conclusion based on the facts and evidence. My faith is in Chirst--He's the only one I know who has risen from the grave.

True Faith is where we seek truth. Here's a song.

Open my eyes that I may see glimpses of truth you have for me.
Place in my hand the wonderful key that shall unclasp and set me free.
Silently now, I wait for thee.
Ready, my God, thy will to see.
Open my eyes, illumine me, Spirit Divine.

On the other hand, blind faith is afraid of the light. It remains in darkness where it thinks it is safe from exposure. But like a plant in the darkness, it just dies.

True faith is what "we" believe, blind faith is what everybody else ("they") believes.
