i started the atkins diet today.
breakfast i had cereal&milk= 11 g carb
snack i had jello = 3 g carb
lunch salad = 5-6 g carb
dinner = 7 g carb
shud i lower my intake of carbs? how? wut foods can i eat that wont make me hungry often?
also since its the induction period can i eat fruits or not (apples)?
im only exercsing about 10-15 each day (cardio) will i still lose weight without that much exercise?
any other suggestions?
