this is my story...

had sex with my partner for 1 mins due to lots of foreplay..he did not come inside me - he pulled out and waited 5 seconds and then he came far from me. i took the pill 9 hours later..and im expecting my period this week anyway.
i am getting cramps which is a sign of my period coming...
i also took a pregnancy test lik 2 days after and it was negative.

am i being very paranoid?

when i say pill i mean 'morning after pill' - it is more effective if taken under 24 hours..and then preferrably under 12 hours..

btw i wasnt on the monthly pill..
i only took the morning after pill.
and man he didnt come in me.

Sounds to me like you are about to start your cycle.
Between him pulling out and you taking the morning after pill, sounds to me like you have nothing to worry about.
Especially since you have signs of PMS.
I wouldn't be alarmed

I don't think you are pregnant. Esp since you took the morning after pill... Next time though use a condom... These aren't totally foolproof but at least you are trying. I got pregnant twice while taking the pill! So they don't always work so good either.. Just be careful. You are most likely to get pregnant a few days before and after the 14th day from the day you start your period. Hope this helps you. I had a child when I was 16.. I'm not sure how old you are but it was very hard at that age. Be safe!!

Assuming you are not married, there is something even more important to your health, you may not have thought about. I think you need to know who your partner has been having sex with for the past two years. Then you need to contact everyone of his partners and find out who they had sex with for the last two years since the sex. Has each of them been checked montly for HIV since the last sexual experience?

HIV has a two year gustation period. Better include that test along with your moring after pill!

Pre-fluids before you *** contain millions of seeds as well, and are a source to get you pregnant.
The morning after pill helps, but if you feel paranoid i think it is best to consult a proper medical staff, repeat the pregnancy test .
Sometimes periods get delayed, it is natural...but if you miss your periods than pregnancy should definately be checked on as a cause.
In order to be sure you will have to consult someone to check you properly, to be 100% sure...all the best.

I don't think your pregnant, but if your this nervous about being pregnant you should be more precarious.

There's more to worry about when you have sex than getting pregnant.

The Morning After Pill IS NOT a form of birth control or way way to prevent STDs.

I'm exactly the same way and an honest answer from me would be "do whatever you have to do so you feel comfortable" :-)
