I don't know if you'll find a true food processor, but Lehman's has a wide selection of gifts that are acceptable to Amish families.

What you want is a "food mill." They sell it at Williams- Sonoma, Pampered Chef, or any of the chef catalogues. Also in the sporting goods stores like REI and Sport Chalet they have a hand-crank blender. That might work.
