The only circumcision that God is concerned with is the circumcision of the heart.
According to the Old Testament, males were circumcised as a sign of being an Israelite. We are no longer required to do this according to the New Testament, because when an adult accepts Christ if you do a circumcision on an adult they can get very sick and even die from it.

God tells Abram (soon to be Abraham, which means "father of many") to be "perfect" before Him, a reminder that God's mercy and grace don't cancel the call to faithful obedience (Rom. 5:20-6:2). He then unfolds to him even more details of the same promise first made to him almost twenty-five years before, which included the need to circumcise all the infant males.
A great deal of speculation has occurred over the long centuries about why this specific rite would be the sign of the covenant. Considering, however, the promise made to Abram repeatedly about his "seed" (Gen. 12:7; 13:15, 16; 15:3, 13, 18; 17:7-10), circumcision apparently was to symbolize the national and generational relationship that the Lord wanted to have with His special covenant people, a relationship to be maintained by faith (Rom. 4:11, 12). It was through this nation, this people, over many generations, that the truth about God was to be spread to a world and through whom the Messiah would come. No doubt, too, it also symbolized the circumcision of the heart (Deut. 30:6, Rom. 2:29). With the advent of Jesus and the spreading of the gospel to the Gentiles, it was no longer required (Gal. 5:6).

According to the bible the answer is no.
In Romans 2: v 25-30 Paul says
"Circumcission has value if you obey the law, but if you break the law you become as though you have not been circumcised. If those who are not circumcised keep the laws requirements, will they not be regarded as though they had been circumcised? The one who is not cicumcised physically and yet obeys the law will condemn you who even though you have the written code and cicumcision are a law breaker.
A man is not a Jew if he is only one outwardly, nor is cicumcission merely outward and physical. No a man is a jew if he is one inwardly; and circumcision of the heart by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a mans praise is not from men but from God."
Basically cicumcission was a sign of the covenant and relationship between man and God. The circmucised Jews were not acting out the covenenat in their lives but were carrying out the ritualistic circumcission, therefore their religion was empty and had no value in God's eyes.
What Paul says is that it doesn't matter about the outward sign, it is the relationship with God that counts.
If we believe in Jesus and accept him as our saviour and Lord, the Holy Spirit will dwell in us and we will become Spiritually circumcised, set apart as part of Gods holy people (referred to in the passage as Jews).

That was law for ancient Israel. Humans today are not bound by that ancient law (and all it's requirements) per the scripture which says "Christ is the end of the law". Jesus summed up the Mosaic law with 2 requirements- "1) Love God with your whole heart soul and mind, and 2) love your neighbor as yourself".
So the sabbath, circumcision, and requirements for animal sacrifices- among other things in the Law for Israel- were done away with after Jesus (ultimate) sacrifice of his own life..
there are health benefits to circumcision (undoubtedly a reason it was included with the Law), but we are under no obligation to do it. As for the 2 commandments? They still apply to us :o)

I tell you no and I am going to allow the apostle Paul to teach you this because he explains it so well that anyone else would just mess it up amen. So here you are :
Romans 2:26 = {If those who have not circumcision keep the rules of the law, will it not be credited to them as circumcision?}
Romans 2:27 = {And they, by their keeping of the law without circumcision, will be judges of you, by whom the law is broken though you have the letter of the law and circumcision.}
Romans 2:28 = {The true Jew is not one who is only so publicly, and circumcision is not that which may be seen in the flesh:}
Romans 2:29 = {But he is a Jew who is a secret one, whose circumcision is of the heart, in the spirit and not in the letter; whose praise is not from men, but from God.}
Romans 4:9 = {Is this blessing, then, for the circumcision only, or in the same way for those who have not circumcision? for we say that the faith of Abraham was put to his account as righteousness.}
Romans 4:10 = {How, then, was it judged? when he had circumcision, or when he had it not? Not when he had it, but when he did not have it:}
Romans 4:11 = {And he was given the sign of circumcision as a witness of the faith which he had before he underwent circumcision: so that he might be the father of all those who have faith, though they have not circumcision, and so that righteousness might be put to their account;}
Romans 4:12 = {And the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who keep to the way of that faith which our father Abraham had before he underwent circumcision.}
Romans 4:13 = {For God's word, that the earth would be his heritage, was given to Abraham, not through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.}
Romans 4:14 = {For if they who are of the law are the people who get the heritage, then faith is made of no use, and the word of God has no power;}
1Corinthians 7:18 = {If any man who is a Christian has had circumcision, let him keep so; and if any man who is a Christian has not had circumcision, let him make no change.}
1Corinthians 7:19 = {Circumcision is nothing, and its opposite uncircumcision is nothing, but only doing the orders of God is of value.}
I hope this was the answer you were looking for because it's the only answer there is. Your everyday Christ serving teacher, William B.

1Co 7:18 Was anyone at the time of his call already circumcised? Let him not seek to remove the marks of circumcision. Was anyone at the time of his call uncircumcised? Let him not seek circumcision. 1Co 7:19 For neither circumcision counts for anything nor uncircumcision, but keeping the commandments of God.
Gal 5:2 Look: I, Paul, say to you that if you accept circumcision, Christ will be of no advantage to you.
The old law required circumcision, but the new law no longer requires this, but rather faith and love.

Yes. However, consider the context. Circumcision was a way of marking someone as being set aside for God. The New Testiment version of circumcision is baptism.

Nope. It's optional. In the new testament after Jesus died the apostles- Paul and others, had a big meeting about it. They decided that since God was willing to accept people of all nations - Jewish or Gentile, that it didn't matter what showed on the outside. They spoke of a circumsision of the heart - or a figurative circumsision. How everyone should be able to decide for themselves.
