I lost 107 lbs in 8 months back in 2003, then i went on wellbutrin for depression in 2004 and 2005. Both times, I experirenced major hair loss for 6-8 months. Then in march 2006, i took diflucan for a yeast overgrowth for 2 months and by the end of may, my hair started falling out again. I went to two dermatologist who specialize in hair loss and they agreed that I went through telogen effluvium and that eventually my hair loss would stop and it would grow back. Has anyone else experienced this and how long before your hair grew back? I am sooo stressed cause my hair is so thin now. The hair loss is slowly stopping and I can see hair growing but its taking forever. Any advice would be great!!!!

one, stop stressing yourself. The more stressed you get the more your hair will fall out.

2nd, if you want your hair to grow, here is a home remedy my mom used on me when I was a kid. One egg, and aloe vera. Scoop the inside of an aloe vera leaf and put it in a blender along with the egg. mix for a high minute and then put the mixture in your hair (root to end). Then, when you finish doing that, put your hair in a shower cap and wrap with a warm towel and let it sit for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes are up wash your hair like you normally do. You can do this as much as you like.
