It depends. When you say you're "allergic", what happens when you take it? True allergic reactions include hives, itching, redness, etc. A lot of people will say they're allergic to something if it makes them nauseus or they vomit, but that doesn't actually count as an allergy, it counts as sensitivity to it.
If you are sensitive to it, but feel it helps, you can continue taking it if you feel the benefits outweigh the risks. If you are truly allergic to it, I would not use it, because the allergies could develop into anaphelactic(sp) shock, which wouldn't be good.

Well, you CAN, but would you want to? You shouldn't use it if you have a severe allergic reaction to it. If you already know the reaction you have and you can tolerate it, then it's up to you to use it. But generally I'd stay away from things you're allergic too unless there is no alternative. Unfortunately I'd recommend against Tylenol. It's not all that good for you, especially your poor liver.

No you cannot continue to use what your allergic to. There are other options for you to take and stay away from what you can't. If you've already had an allergic reaction, you don't want to go through that again.
