Have a salad with lettuce and tomatoes and through in some of the following: nuts, toasted pita cut up, chicken, tuna, beans, roasted vegetables. Finish it off with a piece of fresh fruit.

My yoga teacher advised our class that we could eat ANYTHING for lunch -----beef, pork, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, bread. Happy eating!
