The question is what would you use them for...? If you're looking on yahoo answers for official army letterhead, my first thoughts are that you're not using it for legitimate reasons...

Are you speaking of official US Army letterheads? And if so, why would one need them?

You cannot get them. They are for official use only by military personnel. And if you use them for anything, you are subject to to federal law.
