Probably better to buy drinks that are concentrated or need to be mixed and then recycle the container if you can. That way you re-use the pitcher or bottles you have at home too keep them after they are mixed. Many mixes are also pastuerized or sold frozen so they will keep longer than some that are pre-mixed.

Frozen concentrates are better as far as price. As far as health, juices really are not that good for you because even the ones that claim to be "No sugar added" have so much natural sugar in them because it takes several pieces of fruit to make 1 glass. This is why diabetics are told to drink juice when they have a low blood sugar. You are better off in price and health to stick to fresh fruit.
