The safe and heavy rate of weight loss is a maximum of 2 pounds a week. It's now about 17 weeks so you should target for about a max of 35 pounds. If you're so dedicated to exercise 2 - 4 hours a day, why not take some of that time to clean up the unhealthy food in your refrigerator and pack it with healthy alternatives. You don't have to starve to lose weight, but you do have to avoid too much fat, sweet and salt. You can still enjoy tasty food. I'd recommend keeping your duration of exercise to 2 hours or else you'll get very exhausted after a week or so. Also, take a day off every week so that your body can rest.

It is possible but harder. Depending on your intensity you can burn a lot of calories in that time. It will be easier to change your diet up some then do all the extra exercising for the extra calories your taking in. If you are really serious about losing weight you will change your eating habits. Simple things like replacing drinks with water, eating fruit for a snack instead of junk food, and skipping the fast food for a healthier option can add up over 4 months. Try making small changes to your diet and work up from their. Good luck to you.

If you have no control over your eating then you may have a problem with exercising 2-4 hours aday and not increasing your calorie intake. Because you are exercising, you body will request more calories.

I exercised 1-2 hours daily and lost 112 pounds. It took me 1.5 years to do it. At the beginning, I was like you where I did not change my eating habit and only lost 1-2 pounds a month. Once I cut back on bread and junk food, I started losing 10 pounds per month.

Best of luck

yes you can loose the weight by exercising and about the dieting all you have to do is watch how much you eat and how often you go to Mc's or jack in the box or kfc things like that. Add more fruit's and veggies into what you eat and learn to eat 5 small meals a day instead of three big meals and you will do that weight and maybe more good luck

Maybe. But exersizing that long every day will be extrememly hard to stick to. To diet, you only have to cut out 500 calories and exersize. That's just cutting out the pie-a-la mode every night

That is really hard to say since I don't have a clue about what you eat in your diet, or what kind of exercising you do.
