Brush your teeth 3 times a day with a special whitening toothpaste such as rembrandt. Preferably the expensive stuff. Use Pre-mouthwash (for whitening) and after mouthwash. Use overnight whitening strips. Do all of that daily. Have your teeth cleaned by the dentist 3 times a year. Plus, to start, have a dentist professionally bleach (whiten) your teeth. If all this doesn't work get porcelain veneers.

With a teeth whitener! Sometimes our teeth can be naturally yellow, or contain lots of enamel. See a dentist to professionally clean it.. And after its cleaned, then whiten it.. i'm sure u can get a whitener from a pharmacy store somewhere.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.
I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/ep7yg

the quickest way is by going to a dentist and having them doing. Otherwise you can slowly whiten them using over the counter products or whitening toothpaste

This is a pretty hard question, but i know the dentist can do a little bit. There is a natural supplement that helps your teeth from getting cavities, but i dont know about whiting.

Swish hydrogen peroxide in your mouth every day for as long as you can. I put about a capful (it expands!) in my mouth each morning before I get in the shower and try to swish it around until I'm done with the shower. Then I spit it out and swish some plain old water in my mouth, and spit that out too.
It is cheap, easy, and effective. If you are prone to canker sores in your mouth, this will also help with those.

Ask you dentist about Britesmile (i think that's what it's called) , it's a procedure, that's not fun, but it can drastically change your teeth color. They use a bleeching procedure, it takes about 1.5 hours and costs about $500.
