Im 5'1 what should be my idea weight...meaning...what weight should i weigh to be considered healthy...

Depending on your frame structure, small frame 106-118 pounds, medium frame 115-129 pounds, and for large frame 125-140

There are a lot of factors that play into your optimum weight...age, and your body fat index for instance... Havbing said that, I checked WebMd who provided a link to a chart that should help you. It is pretty much what the other responders are saying.

it depends on how old you are. a healthy bmi rate for you would be between a 14.8-24.7 probably, meaning about 85-115.....but as long as you aren't a twig or "morbidly obese" you should be good to go!

I'm 5'2 and 112lbs so around there would be an ideal weight.
