If you'll look at Savage, they have about made about everything you can think of.
12 Gauge with 30/30 combo.
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=2685050
I've seen 12 Gauge with 30-06' also.
Also interesting are the Rossi "Matched Set".
You get a break-open single shot gun with 3 barrels for $300.
Consists of a muzzle-loader, a rifle, and shotgun (12 GA/.243 WIN/.50 CAL). Or a muzzle-loader, and 2 rifle calibers (17HMR/ 270 Win/50 CAL)
Other variations (youth stock standard) have 20 gauge, .22 LR, &.50 CAL or .410 gauge, 22 LR & .45 CAL.
Kinda different... You can order the 20 gauge from Walmart.

Bound's hubby here:
I think what you are looking for are:
1) Dual-use catridges (cartridges that can be fired in a rifle and pistol), and
2) Chamberings that are interchangeable.
Dual use cartridges (rifle and pistol) have included: .30 Carbine, .32-20, .38 Special, .357 Magnum, 9 mm Luger, .38-40, .40 S&W, .41 Magnum, .44-40 WCF, .44 Magnum, and .45 Long Colt. Several are still in production today, many aren't. Keep in mind, dual use cartridges were originally designed not for performance, but to minimize the number of different cartridges cowboys and settlers had to carry in a limited space!
Interchangeable cartridges, there are two varieties.
Two different cartridges in the same chamber, such as the .45 Long Colt and .410 are the most common (for two different shells with the same firearm).
Interchangeable shells, where the Special fits in the Magnum, but not vice versa (i.e.: .38 Special in .357 Magnum ... but not the reverse).
Good luck!

People say the 40S&W can be fired from the 10mm but that's wrong and dangerous, if you do that you rely on the extractor for headspacing and that can be disasterous.
You can use 44 special in a 44 magnum too, nice safe rimmed rounds.

.22, 9mm, .40 S&W come to mind. Pick up a copy of the Gun Digest annual - or your library might have back issues.
