My wife drinks lots of coffee. What's a good mug to get her so it stays warm a long time during the day? I would like one that holds at least 2 cups of coffee.

A taller mug with a smaller opening - ceramic or course - is my favorite. The large mugs with a wide mouth might look nice but your coffee cools too quickly.

If she needs a coffee mug for 'on the go', consider a french press type. French press coffee tastes the best because the filter won't remove the natural oils from the brew. I have one that is large and insulated with a no spill lid.

To keep liquids warm, you want either a stoneware mug or a china mug.
