Call the library in the town or city, they will help. Also, try these sites:

Not everyone runs an obit in the local paper. If you know the name of the funeral home they can tell you if the family had an obit run and sometimes they keep a copy in the file.

find out what local newspaper the obits were in
then go to the newspapers website and look up obits in the archives

See if the local papers have webpages. You should be able to download from there. If no webpage, your library may have a directory of newspapers and magazines with contact information on all.

IF THEY WERE PUBLISHED YOU CAN..MOST PEOPLE DON'T HAVE OBITUARIES PUBLISHED IN THE PAPERS.........
