yes in manhattan..i went up there not too long ago and i've seen how separated its been. the "poor" on one side of amsterdam ave and the "rich" towards central park. im interested to find out what problems there are (ex. train locations, construction, diversity issue, better jobs, jobs that can be given to those who are homeless) in the upper west side that i can propose. is there a community meeting held in the upper west side? where/when? thanks.
