Recently I have started to work in a place where most of them speak german in London. I would not understand or speak a single word of german. If they want me to do something they will speak in limited english. Rest of the time they speak german all the time. I am trying to enjoy my work but when they speak in german I find disturbing and confusing. What can I do in order to enjoy my work?

Try learning German? Or is that a bit radical? It is quite similar to English, so you can pick it up.

Were you aware that you would mostly be working with German-speakers with limited English when you accepted the job? It sounds like the sort of thing you should have been told if your lack of German makes your job difficult.
If you are one of the few non-German speakers there, and your German colleagues have very limited English, then it seems normal that your German colleagues would talk to each other in their own language. You could try talking to them (in English) and making conversation (afterall, they are in foreign country and should really should be making an effort to speak the language with you). It may also be a good idea for you to attempt to learn a bit of German, as this may show them that you're making an effort to fit in with them. If you really can't stand it, discuss the problem with your supervisor and/or find another job.

Learn to accept that it is natural for people to speak in their own tongue when the majority of them speak the same language. I don't think they are being disrespectful to you. It's just normal human behaviour. As you said, they had only limited English so it would be extremely demanding on them if they have to speak English all the time just because of you. If you have to speak a different language for your job, you'll appreciate how much effort speakers of other languages are making in an English-speaking environment.

Here's a great opportunity to learn a foreign language with unlimited practice and tutorials. As soon as your workmates know you are learning German, their attitude to you will change dramatically.

If you don't want to learn German, you'd better find another job.

if you show a bit of interest in learning their language, they will be more receptive to you, and probably try to speak to you more, which will then include speaking to you in english.
Even if you're not that interested in German or learning it, pretend to show some interest. That will make them happy.

Just ignore them unless you need to work with them on something specific. Enjoy your own life. Make friends with English-speaking people who share common background as you.
