Looks like it's not available anymore... the Eagle website doesn't even list it as a product. You can try Odd Lot's to see if you can find it on closeout.

Eagle Brand Fudge Recipe

Bless your heart - you don't know how long it took me to find that recipe when I lost it myself! It's the only fudge I'll ever make, because you don't get the gritty sugar texture. I looked on the Eagle Brand site, and Nestle (chips)... to no avail - 'course I was looking for "Never-Fail Chocolate Fudge". I think it's called Easy now - found it at: http://www.verybestbakingcom

"Easy Chocolate Fudge" - Yields 36

2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Line 8 or 9" square baking pan with foil.
Combine morsels and condensed milk in medium heavy-duty saucepan. Warm over lowest possible heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla.
Spread evenly into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces.

They also have a kit for this so that you don't have to buy all of the ingredients. It is made by Eagle.

They might come out with the chocolate version again now that Christmas is near. I would think you could just add extra cocoa or chocolate chips and that would help though.
