You're worth more than that. If he can't come out and say with joy, and with no problem, that he'd of course want to have a future and a life with you....then get outta there.
You don't need some guy who seems like a good match yet fantasizes about being with someone else. I'm sure theres someone else out there who would love to be with you..and you'll find them someday if you give yourself the chance. I just dont think you should be with this current guy if hes not treating you like you're a treasue to him..

It does not sound very nice to hear things like that, but maybe he is feeling guilty for having fantasized about it and him telling you was some sort of confession? As long as he doesn't really want to be with your friend and the fantasy doesn't happen very often I think it's more or less ok. I mean, you can't always help of what jumps into your mind.

i'm sorry to declare that your boy pal seems to have little or no backbone. If he fairly felt that he could no longer marry somebody whose family did no longer get along with his, he shouldn't are growing to be to communicate with you in the 1st place. yet as long as he can shop wheedling his some time past into your reliable graces, he can pass on with out having to take a stand and could have his cake and consume it, too. As issues at the instant are, he seems in a position to have all the relaxing element of a romantic relationship with out any of the duty. If he's not guy sufficient to stand up to his family approximately you, what sort of husband and father could he make, besides?

It sounds like he is using you as a way to stay close to your friend. It also sounds like he does not respect you enough to even keep his poor treatment of you a secret.
Being in love with someone who does not love you is painful and the longer you hold on the more painful it will be. You would do best to end the relationship and move on.
Take care,
Troy

You are not a good match, he is a loser and you deserve better than this trash heap looking ofr a place to happen. Darling he told you to your face he is fantasizing about your friend. Dump him and do it quick! Don't look back!

Are you stupid enough to believe him??? Get the hell away from him, that is nothing but trouble, men generally keep those types of fantasies to themselves, obviously he doesn't feel the need. That is a bad sign if all he can say about your relationship is that "its a good match". Move on before he hurts you.

Oh come on dump this guy!!!!!!!! He is a real a**hole, and you could do better with just about anyone else. Tell him that so far he is a loser, and that your friend would never marry a loser so of course his fantasy would always have to be a fantasy!

Red flag....he's a dead end street, honey. Why waste your time with someone who's basically told you he has no interest in furthering your relationship?
