Its all glass, and it has a removeable top...it usually comes in a set with shot glasses. You buy the glass container, and put your favorite booze in it. Does anyone know what im talking about by the description?

A decanter. Wine can be 'decanted' to oxydenate it and make it taste better. Also any spirits can be put in a decanter, to look nicer!

I would say it was a decanter as a carafe doesn't necessarily come with a removable top

It sounds like a decanter.

But, are you talking about a Quaffer shot glass? The chaser goes in the bottom, the shot in the top... Here's a review with links to buy.
